A seasoned lawyer and technology law expert with 7 years of legal practice and over 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance, he leads the Cyberlaw & Technology Practice at Agnos Legal Company. He provides strategic guidance on digital rights advocacy, data protection, cyber regulatory compliance, and technology-focused litigation for financial institutions, fintechs, and multinational organizations.
He has held leadership roles as Consulting Partner at Legal Afrique Unlimited, Legal & Dev-Compliance Lead at Finance Mobile Limited, and Lead Consultant at Information Security Architects Ltd., where he implemented enterprise cybersecurity policies, vulnerability management frameworks, and regulatory compliance programs aligned with GDPR, ISO 27001, and Ghanaian law. He also serves as Senior Policy Analyst at the Institute for Liberty and Policy Innovation, contributing to AI, cybersecurity, and technology policy research.
Beyond practice, he serves on boards as Non-Executive Director (Cyber & Privacy Advisory) at Zerone Analytiqs, Board Legal Advisor at Entansa Africa Ltd., and has co-chaired Africa’s first IAPP KnowledgeNet Chapter, driving privacy and cybersecurity awareness across the continent.
He is Head of Public Law and Governance and Lecturer at GIMPA, supervising courses on technology law, human rights, and e-commerce law.
