As Partner at Agnos Legal Company, she leads the firm’s governance and compliance practice, overseeing client relationships, legal operations, and innovative solutions for complex corporate and commercial matters. Her expertise spans board administration, contract negotiation, litigation, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement, earning her a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and results-driven advice.
She has served as Senior Legal Consultant to the Receiver for multiple collapsed financial institutions, Legal Consultant to Groupe Nduom, and Legal Officer at Ghana Oil Company Limited, managing corporate governance, contracts, and pension administration. Earlier, she contributed to educational governance reforms as a District & Community Facilitator under the QUIPS-CSA Project.
